Pitch slip ring for wind turbines

Wind turbine slip rings for the energy transition

»Our pitch slip ring for wind turbines is an individually adapted slip ring configured on the basis of a modular system. Rapid availability and maximum competitiveness together with SCHLEIFRING’s accustomed quality were given top priority during its development.«

Tried-and-true transmission technology meets smart modularity

With pitch slip rings from SCHLEIFRING, customers not only buy a product – they buy a promise. We combine tried-and-true transmission technology and quality with smart modularity. Our pitch slip rings ensure that things keep on turning – for decades on end.

Confined installation space, compact technology

A wind turbine's rotor blades must be quickly and precisely adjustable at all times in order to use the wind effectively regardless of the weather conditions. Slip rings for wind turbines are subject to wide-ranging requirements: Beside their use both on- and offshore under extreme weather conditions, the limited installation space in particular is a major challenge. SCHLEIFRING masters this, and thanks to continuous further technical development, is already able to offer hybrid systems today that meet the requirements of tomorrow’s wind turbine generations.

Pitch slip rings for wind turbines

Due to a modular design principle developed specifically for this purpose and our local supply chains, we are able to produce and deliver bespoke wind turbine slip rings within just a few weeks. The tried-and-true transmission technology convinces through a long service life, complete freedom from maintenance and a high degree of transmission reliability with regard to power and signals.
