According to the Chamber of Industry and Commerce, 15,000 young people were examined in the Munich and Upper Bavaria region last year. Only 5% of the graduating students achieved the grade "very good", only 0.75% achieved the best grade in their profession - Leonhard from SCHLEIFRING is one of them.
Michael Steinbauer, Chairman of the IHK Regional Committee FFB, presented the IHK certificate in the company's training workshop. In addition to Leonhard Zieris, Upper Bavaria's best cutting machine operator, Tobias Zwingmann (trainer for industrial/technical professions at the FFB site) and Andrea Reidel (HR officer responsible for training) accepted the certificate shortly before Christmas. A wonderful end to the year, a perfect start to 2024!
