What motivated you to choose this profession?
On the whole, the motivation came from Instagram and friends who have learned the same profession.

What gave you the idea of applying to SCHLEIFRING?
I responded to the job advertisement after visiting the vocational-training fair in Mammendorf.

How do you find the training at SCHLEIFRING?
Very good. It is a good preparation for working life.

What makes the training at SCHLEIFRING special?
The training at SCHLEIFRING is rich in variety: You get to know almost every department. Thus, you are able to form an impression of every department in which you work during your training. In the training center there is a wide variety of different machines, which you learn to use on your own.

Do you get the feeling that your skills are appreciated, that your opinion is heard, and that you personally and your performance are valued?
Definitely: For example, if someone has an idea for the training center, the trainers will always take it on and discuss it with us. You don’t just receive recognition from the trainers, but rather all the colleagues respect each other as they are.

How do you feel about the challenges – too difficult, achievable, too easy?
In my opinion, the challenges are achievable. However, it does require a lot of hard work, not only at work but also at the vocational college.

How do you imagine your future?
My goal is to stay at the company in order to further myself here. At SCHLEIFRING you receive a great many different opportunities.
