What motivated you to choose this profession?
My mother is also a trained industrial clerk and I always found it interesting how varied the training is.

What gave you the idea of applying to SCHLEIFRING?
My parents, because we come from Fürstenfeldbruck and they reckoned that SCHLEIFRING would be an employer that can offer good prospects for my future career.

How do you find the training at SCHLEIFRING?
Wide-ranging, varied, exciting, informative. These four word sum it up nicely.

What makes the training at SCHLEIFRING special?
Definitely the team! Even though SCHLEIFING is now a large company with locations all around the world, there is still a family-like environment, which makes the work even more enjoyable and gives one the feeling of always being welcome. Like being part of a large family.

Do you get the feeling that your skills are appreciated, that your opinion is heard, and that you personally and your performance are valued?
Absolutely, even if you are just a trainee, every opinion is heard and accepted. Through the close cooperation between the departments, news of good performance spreads quickly and you are all the more thrilled when you even receive praise for ”the good work” from the executive management.

How do you feel about the challenges – too difficult, achievable, too easy?
In my view, the training is definitely manageable, and if you get stuck in a rut, someone will always help you out of it. The pleasure you experience when you achieve something difficult is all the greater.

How do you imagine your future?
I definitely want to remain at SCHLEIFRING, as I not only receive encouragement and support on a daily basis, but will also have the chance to pursue my goal of doing further training once I have finished my initial training.
