What motivated you to choose this profession?
A number of friends are pursuing the same career and that made me curious.

What gave you the idea of applying to SCHLEIFRING?
Talking to Yannick and Laurenz, two trainees who had already started their training at SCHLEIFRING and have now completed or almost completed it.

How do you find the training at SCHLEIFRING?
Super! It is very diverse and I am receiving a good preparation for everyday working life. The training is very wide-ranging and exciting.

What makes the training at SCHLEIFRING special?
Definitely our annual trainee’s excursion: a day out for our team of trainees during which we laugh a lot and do something different each time. And also clearly the family-like environment, not only among the trainees but also in the entire company.

Do you get the feeling that your skills are appreciated, that your opinion is heard, and that you personally and your performance are valued?
My opinion is always well received and I am valued as an employee. My questions are always answered and I also have the possibility to question things and even to change things.

How do you feel about the challenges – too difficult, achievable, too easy?
The challenges are justified and also important. It’s hard work, but the tasks are all achievable. And, after all, the goal is to learn and improve oneself.

How do you imagine your future?
In the short and medium term, I want to continue my training and gain a lot of experience at SCHLEIFRING.
