Training at SCHLEIFRING - Apply Now!

The apprenticeship of an industrial mechanic, cutting machine operator or industrial electrician lasts 3.5 years. Together, the apprentices receive their basic training step by step in turning, milling, assembly and many other skills up to CNC-controlled manufacturing. Year after year, they increase their skills to be able to take on more and more demanding tasks and projects.

In the 2.5-year training program for industrial clerks, trainees gain a comprehensive insight into a wide range of departments and business processes. A closer look is taken at materials management with warehousing and purchasing, as well as the sales, finance and accounting, controlling, human resources and marketing departments. The tour of the various departments takes place in the first two years of the apprenticeship. In the third year of the apprenticeship, each individual specializes in the department of his or her choice and qualifies for a commercial position in the company.
