For many years, Quality management has played an important role at SCHLEIFRING and is reflected in our products and solutions both economically and technologically.
The installation of two additional high precision measuring and testing systems contributes to a significant increase of testing capacities, high measuring accuracy and additional inspection reliability.
This system has 960 test points for the automatic testing of contact resistance, insulation resistance, electric strength and electrical resistance variations across rotation (noise).
Insulation tests >1 GOhm
Electric strength up to 2500 VAC und 3000 VDC
Electrical resistance < 0,1 mOhm with a wave band from von 0 Hz - 10 kHz.
The user interface eliminates any operator error.
All test results are saved and filed according to DIN EN ISO 9001.
