Effective Monday, February13, 2006, Russell Associates has signed an
Agency Contract to represent SCHLEIFRING und APPARATEBAU GmbH and its
affiliates in the territory of North America with the exception of the
Gulf of Mexico and Florida (for Offshore and Underwater markets only).
This goal-orientated cooperation between solution partners and sales
partners will provide our US customers with highly responsive local
services and help to approach specific market opportunities.
