New SCHLEIFRING transmission technologies implemented into technovative gantry and slip ring solutions are our response to constantly increasing demands for higher data rates, longer lifetime and reliability.

SCHLEIFRING will promote UNIQUE TECHNOLOGIES for demanding medical applications including contactless power transmission (CPT), air bearing and direct drives for gantry sub-systems.
SCHLEIFRING also shows well established and field technologies such as GigaCap®, an off-axis high speed data link facilitating the transmission of up to 20 GBit/s per link independent from bore diameter, contacting power and signal transmission as well as encoder technologies.
We like to think we have already re-defined highly demanding transmission systems for Computed Tomography - now we focus on economic solutions as well, becoming more and more important in our industry.

A fully functioning CPT demonstration model will be exhibited at the RSNA 2009.
