SCHLEIFRING to exhibit at the DEFEXPO 2010, New Delhi India

SCHLEIFRING has decided to join the DEFEXPO 2010 at the Pragati Maidan, New Delhi/ India February 15–18.  This year we have built on from exhibiting at the German Pavilion to an individual booth at Hall 18 – booth number 18.16.1G, located prominently next to the BEL pavilion.

We will present INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES for high speed data transmissions across a rotating interface, especially designed for turret slip ring modernisations and upgrade programs. This current upgrade potential includes unique SCHLEIFRING technologies such as GigaCap®, an off-axis high speed data link facilitating the transmission of up to 10 GBit/s per link depending on bore diameter. Benefits of this technology are wear-resistance, high noise immunity combined with excellent EMC-qualities, transparent for DC-free protocols, high reliability and bit error rates of <10^–12.

A fully functioning hybrid demonstration model will be exhibited at the DEFEXPO 2010.
